FAQs

Is the first call really free?

1

Yes. Any fees are shared upfront or after the call, and always agreed before any work starts.

Who do you work for and how are you paid?

2

I take no commissions or referral fees from providers and work solely for you, the buyer. Plexity works alongside your people, L&D and procurement teams. They set the strategy. Plexity brings market knowledge, the evidence and commercial discipline.

Proposal audits and reviews, as well as advisory work are a flat fee paid by you.

For brokerage and sourcing, we’ll negotiate a fair rate and package everything into one transparent contract. No commissions or referral fees from providers.

What do I need to send?

3

A redacted brief or proposal. I'll tell you on the call what to remove.

Where do your benchmarks come from?

4

Two sources. First, a de-identified dataset I’ve built from comparable programs, covering scope, delivery model and price. No client is identifiable. Second, current market rates, which I check regularly with suppliers and providers.

Is it right for me?

Likely yes, if you're weighing a program above $50k and want an independent view.
Probably not, if you’re looking for a program valued less than $50k or want a low-cost, off-the-shelf course.

5
